Information submitted through forms
Depending on your enquiry, forms collect your name, company, contact details, project requirements, availability and any PDFs you choose to attach. Required fields are marked. Avoid unnecessary personal information in plans and attachments. Answers entered in a form are not sent to Altrovia until you submit it.
Purposes and recipients
This information is used to prepare quotations, handle reseller applications or arrange meetings, and to follow up. It is sent to info@altroviainc.com and an acknowledgement is sent to your email address. Delivery uses Resend. Forms do not subscribe you to a newsletter or automatically confirm an account, order or appointment.
Operation, security and providers
Hosting and enquiry delivery involve technical providers, including Sites/Cloudflare and Resend. Connection data and processing references support operation, abuse prevention and delivery tracking. These services may process information outside Quebec; exclusively Quebec-based storage is not promised. External links, including Google Maps, open services governed by their own policies.
Optional analytics and saved choice
The Metricool pixel stays disabled until you accept. Loading it sends your IP address and technical connection information to the provider. Declining analytics leaves essential functions available. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days when local storage is available. Change it using “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal prevents future loads; it does not retroactively erase information already sent.
Retention and your rights
Emails, attachments and tracking references may remain in the systems after you close the page. Retention depends on the file, business follow-up and retention obligations; contact us for the period applicable to your information. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or, where applicable, deletion or a portable copy. We will consider your request and applicable legal exceptions. Do not send identification documents unless specifically requested.
